双心治疗在老年心律失常患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:研究应用双心治疗老年心律失常的效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治老年心律失常合并心理障碍患者86例,随机分为两组,各43例。对照组给予常规治疗;研究组在常规治疗基础上给予双心治疗,即联合心理医生,给予药物治疗和专业的心理疏导,为患者提供心脏疾病与心理干预的双重治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组心律失常的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,且临床心血管不良事件发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在老年心律失常患者治疗中,采取双心治疗模式具有良好的应用效果,有利于帮助患者治疗躯体与心理双重问题,实现真正意义上的康复。Objective:To study the effect of application of double heart in the treatment of arrhythmia in the elderly.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,86 elderly patients with arrhythmia and psychological disorders were selected and they were randomly divided into the two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The study group was given double heart treatment on the basis of conventional treatment,that is joint psychologists,medication and professional psychological guidance,and provided patients with double treatment of heart disease and psychological intervention.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total treatment effective rate of arrhythmia in the study group was significantly higher than the control group,and the incidence of clinical cardiovascular adverse events was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of elderly patients with arrhythmia,adopting double heart treatment mode has a good application effect,which is beneficial to help the patients to treat the dual problems of body and psychology,and realize the real rehabilitation.
