摘　　要：在2019年年末暴发了一场新型冠状病毒肺炎,给我国经济发展、人们生活均带来严重影响。在疫情最初暴发时我国人民始终处于紧张情绪下,很多没有被新冠病毒所感染只是简单感冒引起发热症状的患者也都出现一定心理问题,严重影响患者心理健康。医护人员需认识到在疫情期间发热患者的心理问题及实施心理干预的重要性,并提供有效的护理,避免患者由于疫情而影响正常生活。本文分析在疫情下发热患者会出现的多种心理问题,并提出相应干预措施,为灾后心理干预的方法提供有效建议。There was an outbreak of COVID-19 at the end of 2019,which has a serious impact on China's economic development and people's lives.At the initial outbreak of the epidemic,Chinese people were always in a nervous mood.Many patients who had not been infected by COVID-19 but had fever caused by a simple cold also had some psychological problems,which seriously affect the mental health of patients.Medical staff should be aware of the psychological problems of patients with fever during the epidemic and the importance of psychological intervention,and provide effective care to prevent patients from affecting their normal life due to the epidemic.This paper analyzes various psychological problems of patients with fever in epidemic situation,and proposes corresponding intervention measures to provide effective suggestions for the methods of post-disaster psychological intervention.
