摘　　要：目的:分析益气中药足浴治疗乳腺癌化疗癌因性疲乏的临床效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年12月进行化疗的乳腺癌患者750例,随机分为两组,各375例。对照组采用常规治疗;研究组在常规治疗基础上采用益气中药足浴治疗。比较两组临床效果。结果:研究组癌因性疲乏发生率及程度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量及睡眠质量评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气中药足浴治疗乳腺癌化疗癌因性疲乏的临床效果较好,可减轻疲乏程度,有效提高患者生活质量及睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of foot bath with Yiqi Chinese medicine in treating cancer-related fatigue caused by chemotherapy of breast cancer.Methods:From January 2018 to December 2019,750 patients with breast cancer who received chemotherapy were randomly divided into two groups with 375 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment.The study group was treated with Yiqi Chinese medicine foot bath on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the clinical effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the incidence and degree of cancer-related fatigue were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the scores of quality of life and sleep quality were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of foot bath with Yiqi Chinese medicine in treating cancer-related fatigue caused by chemotherapy of breast cancer is better,it can reduce the degree of fatigue and effectively improve the quality of life and sleep of patients.
