摘  要:目的:探讨急性心肌梗死患者血浆B型钠尿肽与CK-MB的相关性。方法:选取2017年8月-2019年8月我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者106例作为研究组,同时选取同期在我院进行体检的健康人群106例作为对照组。对两组人群的血浆B型钠尿肽(BNP)、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平进行检测。比较两组人群一般资料、BNP、CK-MB水平,分析急性心肌梗死患者BNP与CK-MB之间的相关性。结果:两组人群一般资料存在可比性(P>0.05);研究组BNP、CK-MB水平高于对照组(P<0.05);急性心肌梗死患者BNP与CK-MB之间呈正相关(r=5.147,P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死患者血浆B型钠尿肽与CK-MB的相关性较好,两者联合检测对急性心肌梗死患者的确诊及后续治疗有重要意义。Objective to investigate the correlation between plasma type B natriuretic peptide and CK-MB in patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods 106 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the study group,and 106 healthy patients who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.Plasma levels of type B natriuretic peptide(BNP)and phosphocreatine kinase(CK-MB)were detected in both groups.The general data,BNP and CK-MB levels of the two groups were compared,and the correlation between BNP and CK-MB in patients with acute myocardial infarction was analyzed.Results The general data of the two groups were comparable(P>0.05).The levels of BNP and CK-MB in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between BNP and CK-MB in patients with acute myocardial infarction(r=5.147,P<0.05).Conclusion The correlation between plasma b-type natriuretic peptide and CK-MB in patients with acute myocardial infarction is of great significance for the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
