预防性护理在血液肿瘤化疗合并口腔黏膜炎患者的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨预防性护理干预在血液肿瘤化疗合并口腔黏膜炎患者的临床效果。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治行血液肿瘤化疗合并口腔黏膜炎患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组采用常规护理措施;观察组采用预防性护理。比较两组生活质量、口腔黏膜炎严重程度情况。结果:观察组护理后生活质量量表(SF-36)各维度评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组口腔黏膜炎Ⅱ级及以上患者明显多于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予血液肿瘤化疗患者预防性护理,有利于提升患者生活质量,改善口腔黏膜炎,效果显著。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of preventive nursing intervention in patients with hematogenous tumor chemotherapy and oral mucositis.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,92 patients with hematological tumor chemotherapy and oral mucositis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing measures.The observation group used preventive nursing.The quality of life and the severity of oral mucositis were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of quality of life scale(SF-36)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of patients with oral mucositis gradeⅡor above in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preventive care for patients with blood tumor chemotherapy is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients and improving oral mucositis,with significant effect.
