摘 要:目的:研究营养早餐对学生体质发育的影响效果。方法:随机抽取2018年1月-2019年1月小学学生206例,随机分为两组,各103例。对照组不给予任何干预措施,由其自由选择早餐类型;观察组为其提供营养早餐。比较两组营养性疾病和身体生长发育指标变化情况。结果:观察组实施后平均体重和身高均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实施后营养性疾病发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合理食用营养早餐是保障学生们健康生长的重要保障之一,且有助于减少营养性疾病的出现。Objective:To analyze the effect of nutritional breakfast on students'physical development.Methods:206 primary school students from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly selected and randomly divided into two groups with 103 cases in each group.The control group was not given any intervention measures,and they were free to choose the type of breakfast.The observation group was provided with nutritional breakfast.We compared the nutritional diseases and changes of body growth and development indexes between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,after implementation,the average weight and height were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after implementation,the incidence of nutritional diseases was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Reasonable eating nutritious breakfast is one of the important guarantees to ensure the healthy growth of students,and helps to reduce the occurrence of nutritional diseases.
