摘 要:目的:探讨河北邢台地区PM2.5浓度与先天性心脏病的相关性。方法:选取2010年1月-2017年12月受孕并诊断为先天性心脏病患儿226例,分析受孕日期及先心病类型。由邢台市气象局提供的PM2.5浓度数据,采用pearson或spearman方法,分析病例与PM2.5浓度的相关性。结果:226例患儿与该地区1月、2月、12月的PM2.5浓度存在相关性,R分别为0.934、0.984、0.879,P<0.05。结论:邢台地区PM 2.5浓度与该地区先心病患儿的发生存在相关性。Objective:To investigate the correlation between PM2.5 concentration and congenital heart disease in Xingtai area,Hebei province.Methods:From January 2010 to December 2017,226 children with congenital heart disease were diagnosed and selected to analyze the date of conception and the type of congenital heart disease.The PM2.5 concentration data of the same period were provided by Xingtai Meteorological Bureau,and the correlation between the case and PM2.5 concentration was analyzed by pearson or spearman method.Results:There was a correlation between 226 children and PM2.5 concentrations in January,February and December,with R being 0.934,0.984,0.879,P<0.05.Conclusion:There is a correlation between the concentration of PM 2.5 and the incidence of congenital heart disease in Xingtai area.
