摘　　要：目的:分析60岁以上老年人的体检状况。方法:选取2018年进行健康体检的60岁以上老年人16 472例,对体检结果进行分析。结果:本社区60岁以上老年人主要健康状况为体质异常、高血压、糖尿病、高血脂及尿常规检测异常;同患高血压和糖尿病人数及同患糖尿病合并高血压引起心电图异常人数占体检总数比率较高;女性尿常规隐血阳性率、高血压和糖尿病患病率均高于男性;男性体脂异常率、高血脂异常率、糖尿病合并高血压异常率和糖尿病合并高血压引起心电图异常率均高于女性。结论:本社区60岁以上老年人慢性病患病率较高,应结合老年人体检结果,及时采取控制措施,进行健康指导,以降低疾病发生率。Objective:To analyze the physical examination status of the elderly over 60 years old.Methods:16472 elderly people over 60 years old who had physical examination in 2018 were selected,and we analyzed the physical examination results.Results:The main health status of the elderly over 60 years old in this community was abnormal constitution,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and abnormal urine routine examination.The number of patients with hypertension and diabetes mellitus and the number of those with abnormal electrocardiogram caused by diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension accounted for a high proportion of the total physical examination.In women,the positive rate of occult blood in urine,the prevalence of hypertension and diabetes were higher than those in men.In men,the abnormal rate of body fat,abnormal rate of hyperlipidemia,abnormal rate of diabetes complicated with hypertension and abnormal rate of electrocardiogram caused by diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were higher than those of women.Conclusion:The prevalence rate of chronic diseases of the elderly over 60 years old in the community is high,we should combine the results of physical examination of the elderly,take control measures in time and give health guidance to reduce the incidence of diseases.
