摘 要:为了建立可用于三维虚拟试衣的儿童系列虚拟人台,本研究依据儿童体型相关标准确定儿童系列标准体尺寸,同时构建对应实体人台,借助Vitus Smart三维人体扫描仪获取实体人台的三维点云数据,使用Geomagic Studio逆向工程软件对点云数据进行优化处理,构建儿童人台虚拟仿真模型,进一步导入VStitcher三维虚拟试衣软件中实现服装的三维虚拟试衣和展示。结果表明:构建的实体人台与标准体数据差异不大,儿童系列虚拟人台与原始模型的最大偏差值为0.058cm,满足仿真模型处理的精度要求,绘制男女童套装CAD样版,选择虚拟人台进行试穿,试衣效果显示虚拟人台可以代替实体人台实现服装从二维样版到三维试衣的转化。In order to establish a series of Chinese children's body type virtual mannequin which can be used for 3D virtual fitting,this study determines the standard body size of children's series according to the relevant standards of children's body type,and constructs the corresponding physical mannequin.The 3D point cloud data of the physical mannequin are obtained by Vitus Smart 3D body scanner,and the point cloud data is optimized by Geomagic Studio reverse engineering software to construct the children's virtual simulation model,which is further imported into VStitcher 3D virtual fitting software to realize the 3D virtual fitting and display of clothing.The results show that the maximum deviation between the children's series virtual mannequin and the original model is 0.058 cm,which meets the precision requirement of simulation model processing.The CAD sample versions of boys’and girls'clothing were drawn,and the virtual mannequin to try on were selected.The fitting effect shows that the virtual mannequin can transform clothing fitting from two-dimensional to threedimensional.
