锦/氨纶织物的固色及吸湿排汗功能整理研究

摘  要:分别应用酸性固色剂DM-2539G和吸湿排汗剂DM-3745对酸性染料染色的锦/氨纶织物进行固色处理和吸湿排汗整理,主要探讨了酸性固色剂DM-2539G固色工艺的影响因素及吸湿排汗剂DM-3745的吸湿排汗整理效果。实验结果表明酸性固色剂能提高锦/氨纶织物的色牢度,并确定了优化固色工艺条件为:固色剂用量4%,固色浴pH值为4,固色温度80T,固色时间20min;同时,吸湿排汗整理剂DM-3745能改善织物的吸湿性、快干性,且几乎不影响染色织物的色牢度。The fixing and moisture perspiration arrangement were carried out on acid dyed nylon/spandex fabric with acidic fixing agent DM-2539G and the moisture absorption perspiration agent DM-3745 respectively.The influence factors of fixing process and finishing results were mainly discussed.The experimental results showed that the acidic fixing agent could improve the color fastness of nylon/polyurethane fabric.And it is determined that the optimal fixing process conditions are:the amount of fixing agent is 4%,the pH of the fixing bath is 4,the fixing temperature is 80℃,and the the color time is 20min;at the same time,the moisture perspiration finishing agent DM-3745 can improve the moisture absorption and fast-drying properties of the fabric.It does not affect the color fastness of the dyed fabric.
