摘　　要：目的探讨微创经皮钢板固定术(MIPPO)联合锁定加压钢板(LCP)对胫腓骨中下段骨折患者骨折愈合及关节功能的影响。方法选择2018年4月至2019年4月某院收治的胫腓骨中下段骨折患者82例,按照随机数字表分为两组,各41例。其中对照组接受切开复位锁定加压钢板治疗,观察组接受MIPPO联合锁定加压钢板治疗。观察两组患者手术相关指标情况,对比两组术前及术后2个月的RASMUSSEN、BAIRD-JACKSON评分,术后进行12个月的随访,记录患者关节功能恢复效果。结果观察组术中出血量、术后引流量较对照组少,住院时间均较对照组短(P<0.01);两组术后各量表评分均较术前高,且观察组RASMUSSEN、BAIRD-JACKSON评分均较对照组高(P<0.001);与对照组相比(75.61%),观察组总优良率(95.12%)较高(P<0.05)。结论MIPPO联合锁定加压钢板应用于胫腓骨中下段骨折患者中,能够促进骨折愈合,恢复关节功能。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis(MIPPO)combined with locking pressure plate(LCP)on fracture healing and joint function in patients with middle and lower tibiofibular fractures.METHODS A total of 82 patients with middle and lower tibiofibular fractures admitted to a hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,41 patients in each group.The control group received open reduction locking compression plate treatment,while the observation group received MIPPO combined locking compression plate treatment.The operative indicators of the two groups were observed.The Rasmussen and Baird-jackson scores before surgery and 2 months after surgery were compared between the two groups.Follow-up visits were conducted for 12 months after surgery to record the recovery effect of the patients'joint function.RESULTS The amount of intraoperative blood loss and postoperative drainage volume in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.01).Postoperative scale scores of both groups were higher than those before surgery.The Rasmussen and Baird-jackson scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.001).Compared with the control group(75.61%),the total excellent and good rate in the observation group(95.12%)was higher(P<0.05).CONCLUSION MIPPO combined with locking compression plate(LCP)in patients with middle and lower tibiofibular fractures can promote fracture healing and restore joint function.
