基于耦合模型的广西旅游产业与区域经济协同发展研究

摘　　要：在构建旅游产业与区域经济评价指标体系的基础上,运用AHP、熵值法和TOPSIS模型确定评价指标的权重,建立耦合协调评价模型,以广西14个地级市旅游产业和区域经济发展水平为研究对象,对两者间的耦合协调关系进行研究。结果表明:2008~2017年,广西各地级市旅游产业评价指数、区域经济评价指数以及两者综合评价指数均呈现上升的趋势,旅游产业与区域经济发展具有较高的关联性,两者之间存在既相互促进又相互制约的耦合协调关系。但是,区域间经济发展水平差距较大、旅游产业整体发展水平较低且不均衡的现象仍然存在。截至2017年,广西各市旅游产业与区域经济耦合度均已达到0.8以上的良性耦合阶段;耦合协调度呈现持续上升的趋势,总体上向着良性协调方向发展。On the basis of constructing an evaluation index system for tourism industry and regional economy,this article has used AHP,Entropy Evaluation Method and TOPSIS Model to determine the weights of the evaluation indices,established coupling coordinative evaluation models,and conducted research on the coupling coordinative relations between the two evaluation index systems by taking tourism industries and regional economic development level of 14 prefecture-level cities of Guangxi as instances.Results show that during 2008~2017,the respective and comprehensive evaluation indices for tourism industry and regional economy of Guangxi′s prefecturelevel cities are all in a ramping-up trend.Tourism industry and regional economic development have high relevance and there is a coupling coordinative relation between the two that promotes and restricts each other.However,there is a large gap among economic development level of the regions and the overall development level of tourism industry is quite low and has imbalance.Up to 2017,the coupling factors of tourism industry and regional economy of all cities of Guangxi have all reached above 0.8—a benign coupling stage,while the coupling coordination degree is constantly ascending,indicating a benign development on the whole.
