摘　　要：首先阐述大数据背景下数据信息采集、分类、存储、分析、应用等环节的科学管理体系,然后就用户用电行为的分析和服务、节能降耗等用户侧大数据在电力系统中的应用进行分析。This paper first describes the scientific management system of data information collection,classification,storage,analysis,application and other links under the background of big data,and then analyzes the application of user side big data in power system,such as the analysis of user electricity behavior and service,energy saving and consumption reduction.
