摘  要:为更高效地加工淬硬钢模具型腔,通过对不同切削刃形进行特点分析,设计了一种大圆弧底刃结构的成型圆弧铣刀,并对其进行切削仿真分析。仿真结果表明:与常规圆角立铣刀和球头立铣刀相比,该成型圆弧铣刀切削力稍大,但单位长度切削力小。开展切削实验对其进行验证,结果表明:成型圆弧铣刀单位长度上切削力小,刀具耐用度高,可用于高切削速度和重载切削工况,适合模具型腔加工。In order to process the cutting hardened steel mold cavity more efficiently,based on the analysis of the characteristics of different cutting edge shapes,a kind of shaped arc forming endmill with large arc bottom edge structure is designed.The simulation results show that the cutting forces of the arc formed endmill has relatibely larger than corner radius endmill and ball nose endmill,the cutting force per unit length is smaller.According to results of cutting experiments compared with cutting tools,the cutting force per unit length of the formed arc milling cutter is smaller,and applied for longer tool life with higher cutting speed and heavy cutting,which is very suitable for mold cavity cutter.
