摘　　要：作者开发出一套合成颗粒状碱式氯化锌的新工艺,不需要添加粘结剂造粒,合成的碱式氯化锌颗粒物粒径大,D10>100μm,D95>450μm,扬尘小,颗粒呈类球形,流动性好,其休止角为30°~35°。产品符合饲料级标准,且后续废水处理简单。The author developed a new craft of synthesizing basic zinc chloride particulate matter.The synthetic process needn’t be pelleted by adding binder,and the product basic zinc chloride is large enough to reducing raise dust,which grain size is describing as D10>100μm,D95>450μm.The shape of the basic zinc chloride particulate matter is near-spherical,so its mobility is good,which angle of repose is 30°~35°.The product basic zinc chloride achieves the standard of feed supplement,and the dispose of the waste water is simple.
