摘  要:以PVA和海藻酸钠为原料、氯化钙凝结剂、甲醛为交联剂、硫酸为催化剂,采用化学交联法分步制备聚乙烯醇缩甲醛(PVFM)载体。所制备的聚乙烯缩甲醛载体为球状或椭球状、直径3~5 mm、具有多孔三维结构。制药废水处理结果表明:该载体挂膜速度快,对废水COD和氨氮有较高的去除效果,稳定时去除率均能达到90%以上,挂膜后的载体对氨氮去除效果是活性污泥的2倍左右。Using PVA and sodium alginate as raw materials,calcium chloride coagulant,formaldehyde as crosslinking agent,and sulfuric acid as catalyst,the polyvinyl formal(PVFM)carrier was prepared step by step by chemical crosslinking.The prepared polyvinyl formal carrier has a spherical or ellipsoidal shape,a diameter of 3 to 5 mm,and a porous three-dimensional structure.The pharmaceutical wastewater treatment results show that the carrier has a fast film-forming speed,and has a high removal effect on COD and ammonia nitrogen in wastewater.The removal rate can reach more than 90%in stable operation,and the removal effect of ammonia nitrogen is about twice that of activated sludge.
