绞股蓝维E口含片中黄酮类成分含量测定研究

摘　　要：目的:建立绞股蓝维E口含片的质量控制方法,为其质量对照提供参考。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定绞股蓝维E口含片中黄酮类成分含量。结果:槲皮素、芦丁等成分的检测浓度在一定范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,每片绞股蓝维E口含片中槲皮素的含量约为0.0750 mg,芦丁的含量约为0.0764 mg。结论:本文建立的含量测定方法简便可行、准确、重复性好,适用于绞股蓝维生素E口含片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE:This topic aims to establish a method for quality control of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum vitaminE buccal tablets,and to provide reference for the formulation of quality standard.METHODS:The content of flavonoids in Gynostemma pentaphyllum e buccal tablets was determined by UV spectrophotometry.RESULTS:the detection concentration of quercetin and rutin showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance in a certain range.The content of quercetin and rutin in each tablet was about 0.1720 mg/g and 0.489 mg respectively.CONCLUSIONS:the method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which is suitable for the quality control of Gynostemma pentaphyllum vitamin E buccal tablets.
