摘 要:我国近两年经常出现的电池在充电、运输、储存或使用过程中频繁的爆炸情况,均和电池电解液的闪点存在直接或间接的关系。本文通过考察微量杯法升温速率和搅拌速率测试条件的影响,建立了阿贝尔闪点仪微量杯法测试电池电解液闪点的方法,验证了闪点测试的准确性。结果表明,采用阿贝尔微量杯法测定电池电解液闪点的方法准确可靠,既解决了电池电解液闪点的测试问题,也充分体现了微量化测试在电池电解液产品测试中的优势。In recent years,the frequent battery explosion accidents in the process of charging,transportation,storage or use are directly or indirectly related to the battery electrolyte.In this paper,the method of testing flash point of battery electrolyte used abel flash point tester(small volume test method)is established by investigating the effect of the heating rate and the stirring speed condition,and the accuracy of the method is verified.Results show that the small volume test method is accurate and reliable.This method not only provides a solution to measure the flash point of battery electrolyte,but also fully demonstrates the advantage of small volume in battery electrolyte product test.
