3D-TOF-MRA versus CE-MRA for follow-up imaging of intracranial aneurysms treated by stent-assisted coil embolization

摘  要:目的比较3D时间飞跃磁共振血管造影(3D-TOF-MRA)和对比增强型MR血管造影(CE-MRA)在支架辅助弹簧圈治疗颅内动脉瘤随访中的应用价值。方法 23例颅内动脉瘤患者作支架辅助弹簧圈治疗,术后采用3D-TOFMRA、CE-MRA和DSA评估动脉瘤残留情况。结果 3D-TOF-MRA、CE-MRA对动脉瘤残留、病变血管、载瘤血管闭塞的诊断准确度均相似(P>0.05)。结论 3D-TOF-MRA和CE-MRA对支架辅助弹簧圈治疗后动脉瘤残留的检测均具有良好的准确性。Objective To compare 3-dimensional time-of-flight MR angiography(3D-TOF-MRA)and contrast-enhanced MRA(CE-MRA)for follow-up imaging of intracranial aneurysms treated by stent-assisted coil embolization(SACE).Methods Twenty-three patients with intracranial aneurysms were treated with SACE,and then followed up using 3D-TOFMRA,CE-MRA and DSA.Results The diagnostic accuracy of residual aneurysm,pathological vessels,and tumorcontaining vascular occlusion was comparable between 3D-TOF-MRA and CE-MRA(P>0.05).Conclusion Both 3D-TOFMRA and CE-MRA are helpful to detect the residual aneurysm following SACE of intracranial aneurysms.
