摘　　要：目的探讨FasT-Fix缝合器修复半月板损伤的疗效及术后疼痛的危险因素。方法回顾性分析275例半月板损伤患者的临床资料。半月板损伤均采用FasT-Fix缝合术治疗,术后1 a采用Ikeuchi膝关节评价等级评估疗效。将疗效为可和差的患者定义为疼痛组,将疗效为优和良的患者定义为无痛组。采用多因素Logistic回归分析术后疼痛的危险因素。结果总体优良率为90.5%(249例)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,术前病程>1 a、术后冷敷不积极、术后免负重时间<6周、关节软骨损伤是术后疼痛的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论应用FasT-Fix缝合术治疗半月板损伤的疗效可靠,但术后疼痛独立危险因素众多。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Fast-Fix suture in the repair of meniscus injury and postoperative pain risk factors.Methods The clinical data of 275 cases with meniscus injury were analyzed retrospectively.The meniscus injury was treated by fast fix suture,and the curative effect was evaluated by Ikeuchi scale 1a after the operation.The patients with mild or poor efficacy were defined as the Pain Group while the patients with excellent and good curative effect were defined as the Painless Group.Multivariate logistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of postoperative pain.Results The overall excellent and good rate was 90.5%(249 cases).Multivariate logistic regression showed that such factors as preoperative course>1a,passive postoperative cold compress,postoperative unloading time<6 week and articular cartilage injury were independent risk factors of postoperative pain(P<0.05).Conclusion Fast-Fix suture is a reliable method in the treatment of meniscus injury,but there are many independent risk factors for postoperative pain.
