摘 要:本文探讨了镍、铜、铁基体对待测元素的Co、Pb、Zn的干扰情况,对仪器条件及测定酸度进行优化选择,采用扣背景的方法,建立了连续光源原子吸收光谱法同时测定入窑混合料、镍焙砂、混合铁渣、污泥渣等样品中Co.Pb.Zn三种元素的分析方法。方法操作简单、准确,样品中钴、铅、锌的RSD分别在3.56%、1.67%~5.50%、1.55%~4.95%之间,钴、铅、锌加标回收率分别在90.0%-100.0%,93.3%-106.7%,90.0%-104.0%之间,不同方法对照结果一致,方法可满足分析要求。In this paper,the interference of nickel,copper and Iron Matrix to Co,PB and Zn of the elements to be measured is discussed,a method for the simultaneous determination of CO,PB and Zn in kiln mixture,nickel calcine,mixed iron slag and sludge by continuous atomic absorption spectroscopy was developed.The RSD of cobalt,lead and zinc were 3.56%,1.67%-5.50%,1.55%~4.95%,respectively.The recoveries of cobalt,lead and zinc were 90.0%~100.0%,93.3%~106.7%and 90.0%~104.0%,respectively,the results of comparison of different methods were consistent,and the method could meet the requirements of analysis.
