摘  要:建立了王水溶解海绵钯、电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定纯海绵钯中痕量铂元素的定量分析方法。同时,对ICP-AES测定海绵钯中铂进行了不确定度评估,测定过程的A类测量标准不确定度的主要来源是标准溶液系列浓度-光谱强度拟合的校准曲线求得浓度时引入的标准不确定度、重复测定浓度时引入的标准不确定度,经过评估,A类不确定度为0.0174mg/L.The quantitative analysis method of trace platinum element in pure sponge palladium with inductively coupled plasmaatomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established.The samples were dissolved in aqua regia and then detected by ICP-AES.At the same time,the uncertainty of ICP-AES determination of platinum in sponge Palladium was evaluated,the main source of Class A measurement standard uncertainty in the measurement process is the standard uncertainty introduced when concentration is obtained by the calibration curve of standard solution series concentration-spectral intensity fitting,After evaluation,the standard uncertainty introduced during repeated determination of concentration and the uncertainty of Class A was 0.0174 mg/L.
