摘　　要：本文对闪速炉生产负荷提高后,干燥窑原设计存在的缺陷和不足,进行调査分析后进行了技术改造。通过对窑尾密封及扬料板和鼠笼打散机进料口的改进,解决了干燥窑运行电流高、波动大,漏料严重,岗位作业环境差,严重制约干燥窑安全运行的问题,保证改造后能长周期、高负荷生产,并从环保、经济和社会效益等方面分析了改造后的运行效果。The drying kiln existed defects and shortcomings after increasing the production of the flash furnace,Through the improvement of the kiln tail seal,the lifting plate and the feed port of the squirrel cage dispersion machine,the problems which seriously restrict the safe operation such as high operating current,large fluctuation,serious leakage and poor working environment are solved.The long period and high load production are ensured.In addition,the effect is analyzed from the environmental protection,economic and social benefits.
