摘　　要：钢绳罐道(简称罐道绳)是矿山竖井提升系统为保证提升容器在井筒中平稳运行较为常见的布置方式。其更换作业作为矿山设备重大检修项目,具有难度大、技术性强、危险性高等特点。结合金川集团股份有限公司某矿山单位10套竖井提升系统现场工况及多次更换作业经验,随着施工环节的优化以及先进的机械化自动工器具的设计研制与投用改进了一套更加安全可靠、简单、高效的作业方法。能够保证作业高质量完成同时也为竖井提升系统罐道绳更换工作提供了宝贵的经验。Cage guide rope is a kind of method of mine shaft hoisting system to ensure the stable operation of hoisting container in shaft.As a major overhaul project of mine equipment,replacement is difficulty,technique and danger.Combined with working conditions of 10 sets of shaft hoisting systems in a mine unit of Jinchuan Group Co.,Ltd,and the experience of replacement operations again and again,the automatic instrument has been designed,construction method has been optimized and advanced,safe,reliable,simpler and efficient operation methods has been improved.It ensures the high-quality the work and provide valuable experience for the replacement of cage guide rope in shaft hoisting system.
