摘  要:本文针对湿法冶金企业电解厂房漏电情况进行研究,经对测量数据综合分析,在未对电解槽母线加装绝缘板前,漏电电压降低效果不太明显,但加装绝缘板后部分监测点电压下降明显。测量结果说明电解槽U型母线、L型母线和槽面地板的漏电电压,是电解厂房槽体地面带电的原因之一,可以通过采取措施,减少漏电。In this paper,the situation of electric leakage in the electrolytic plant of hydrometallurgy enterprise is studied.Through comprehensive analysis of the measured data,before installing the insulation board on the busbar of the electrolytic cell,the effect of reducing electric leakage voltage is not obvious,but after installing the insulation board,The voltage of some monitoring points dropped obviously.The measurement results show that the leakage voltage of u-shaped Busbar,1-shaped busbar and the floor of the electrolyzer is one of the reasons for the ground electrification of the electrolyzer.
