摘　　要：金川热电有限公司480t/h煤粉锅炉运行中排烟温度偏高,导致排烟损失增大,锅炉效率降低,煤耗增加。同时引风机出口压力降低,影响锅炉负荷,严重影响了锅炉运行的经济性。本文理论结合实际,对引起排烟温度升高的原因从燃料、运行调整、设备等不同的角度进行了分析、归纳,并提出了相应的整改措施。Jinchuan Thermal Power Co.,Ltd.,s 480t/h Coal fired boiler has a high exhaust gas temperature,which increases exhaust gas heat loss,reduces boiler efficiency,and increases coal consumption.At the same time,the induced draft fan output decreases,affecting the boiler load and seriously affecting the economics of boiler operation.The theory of this article is combined with reality,and the causes of the rise in exhaust temperature are analyzed and summarized from different angles such as fuel,operation adjustment,and equipment,and corresponding measures are proposed.
