摘  要:本文提出了煤油馏分用作乙烯裂解原料的技术方案,并基于SPYRO软件模拟数据和实验室裂解试验数据,进行了经济性分析。结果表明,在航空煤油需求受限、外销价格偏低的情况下,煤油馏分做乙烯裂解原料,既能有效解决产品出路,又有较好的经济效益。同时,煤油馏分用作乙烯裂解原料,也是炼化一体化企业拓展裂解原料来源的优化方向。The technical solution was proposed using kerosene fraction as a raw material for ethylene cracking.Based on simulation data from SPYRO software and laboratory cracking test data,an economic analysis was carried out.The results showed that kerosene fraction can be used as ethylene cracking feedstock under the condition of limited aviation kerosene demand and low export price.This not only can solve the product outlet effectively,but also has better economic benefits.At the same time,the use of kerosene fractions as raw materials for ethylene cracking is also an optimal direction for refining and chemical integration enterprises to expand the sources of cracking raw materials.
