摘　　要：通过选择适合的水性丙烯酸树脂、氨基树脂、水性封闭型异氰酸酯及助剂,为货车车厢或车架设计出一种水性丙烯酸聚氨酯氨基烤漆。在较短的流平和烘烤时间内,该烤漆具有低VOC、高光泽、高硬度、较强的耐盐雾和耐老化性,在电泳基材上有优异的附着力,对焊缝胶道有良好的遮盖效果。Through selecting suitable waterborne acrylic resin,amino resin,waterborne blocked isocyanate and additives,design a waterborne acrylic polyurethane amino baking paint for the coating of truck compartments.In a short leveling and baking time,the baking varnish has low VOC,high gloss,high hardness strong salt spray resistance and strong aging resistance.It has excellent adhesion on the electrophoretic substrate and good covering effect for welding seam glue.
