黎药裸花紫珠止血散剂的制备研究

摘　　要：目的:在前期完成水提物止血药效研究基础上,完成黎药裸花紫珠外用止血用散剂的制备研究。方法:采用现代制剂技术,筛选裸花紫珠外用散剂制备的辅料比例、干燥时间进行了优化;并对制备的散剂粒度、外观均匀度、水分含量、装量差异等项目进行检查。结果:筛选出该散剂的优化工艺为干浸膏∶淀粉∶滑石粉=1∶2∶3.5混合均匀,70℃烘箱干燥3 h,成功制备了裸花紫珠外用止血散剂。制备的裸花紫珠散剂粒度、外观均匀度、水分含量、装量差异均符合药典剂型要求。结论:成功的完成了黎药裸花紫珠外用止血用散剂制备工艺研究,研制的散剂符合2015版药典的剂型要求。Objective:On the basis of previous studies on the hemostatic effect of water extract,the preparation of external hemostatic powder was completed.Method:Modern preparation technology was used to select the preparation technology of the powder,optimize the proportion of auxiliary materials and drying time.Test the granularity,appearance uniformity,water content and content uniformity of the powder.Results:The optimized technology was selected as dry extract:Starch:talcum powder=1∶2∶3.5,mixed evenly,dried in an oven at 70℃for 3 hours,and the hemostatic powder of Callicarpa nudiflora was successfully prepared.The granularity,appearance uniformity,water content and content uniformity meet the requirements of Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:Conclusion:The preparation technology of external hemostatic powder of Li folk medicine Callicarpa nudiflora was successfully completed,and the prepared powder met the requirements of the dosage form in Pharmacopoeia 2015.
