丁香精油的促透皮吸收作用研究

摘　　要：丁香为桃金娘科植物丁香Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb.的干燥花蕾。研究发现利用水蒸气蒸馏法对丁香精油进行提取得率为9.75%左右,方法简便,且得率较高。同时进行动物皮肤刺激性实验,结果表明安全性较好。并以丹参酮ⅡA为模型药物进行透皮吸收促进作用研究,结果表明丁香精油对丹参酮ⅡA有一定的促透作用,在化妆品行业中具有较好的开发应用前景。Syzygium aromaticum is the flower bud of a kind of perennial herb Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb in the myrtle family.It was found that the extraction rate of essential oil by steam distillation was about 9.75%.Experiments on animal skin irritation of the essential oils showed no irritation.Moreover,the content determination of TanshinoneⅡA was esTablished.We studied the transdermal absorption promotion effect of baicalin which was as a model drug.The results showed that essential oil has a certain penetration promoting effect on TanshinoneⅡA,and it has a good prospect in development and application in the cosmetics.
