摘 要:当归为伞形科多年生草本植物当归Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels的根。研究发现超临界萃取法提取当归得率较高为2.5%,且对进行动物皮肤刺激性实验,结果表明均为中等刺激。以黄芩苷为模型药物进行透皮吸收促进作用研究,结果表明当归油对黄芩苷均有一定的促透作用,在化妆品行业中具有较好的开发应用前景。Angelica sinensis is the root of a kind of perennial herb Angelica sinensis(Oliv.)Diels in the umbelliferae family.It was found that the extraction rate of essential oil by steam distillation was only about 0.1%,while by supercritical extraction was 2.5%.Therefore,the extraction efficiency of Angelica sinensis essential oil by supercritical extraction was higher than by steam distillation.Experiments on animal skin irritation of the essential oils obtained by the two methods showed that both of them were moderately irritating.Moreover,the content determination of baicalin was established.We studied the transdermal absorption promotion effect of baicalin which was as a model drug.The results showed that essential oil has a certain penetration promoting effect on baicalin,and it has a good prospect in development and application in the cosmetics.
