关于常压储罐降低油品蒸发损耗措施的探讨

摘　　要：油品在储存过程中,气温升高和储存设施及其结构的不完善会导致少量烃类成分气化,油品容易出现蒸发,存在损耗。本文对油品在储存时的蒸发原因进行了详尽分析,提出了降低损耗的针对措施,并重点介绍浮盘类型的比较,以及储罐和密封的选择。Some liquid hydrocarbon components will be gasified because of temperature rising and the defects of oil storage facilities during oil storage,and this will lead to evaporation loss when it go into gas.In this article,the cause for oil evaporation loss during oil storage was discussed,the pertinence measure toward controlling loss were proposed,the comparison of floating deck types,the selection of storage tank and seal were emphatically introduced.
