摘  要:合适相变温度、高导热、高潜热的定型相变材料在相变蓄热式地板电采暖中不仅能实现室温的可控调节和电力移峰填谷,还能提高采暖系统的蓄热比,提高能源的利用率,提供舒适热环境。在聚乙二醇中掺杂不同比例的膨胀石墨、氮化硼进行测试,测试结果表明膨胀石墨、氮化硼只起到导热与定型的作用,对潜热无贡献,膨胀石墨比例大于5%之后定型效果显著,随着氮化硼比例的提高,导热系数也相应地提升。Suitable phase-change temperature,high thermal conductivity,high latent heat finalize the design of phase-change materials in phase-change regenerative floor heating can not only realize the controllable regulation of energy,peak load shifting and valley filling,but also improve the heat storage ratio of heating system,improve the utilization rate of energy,and provide a comfortable thermal environment.The results showed that the expanded graphite and boron nitride only played a role in heat conduction and shaping,and did not contribute to latent heat.The shaping effect was significant after the proportion of expanded graphite was greater than 5%.With the increase of the proportion of boron nitride,the thermal conductivity increased accordingly.
