联合用药治疗对社区获得性肺炎病程及睡眠质量影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨联合用药治疗对社区获得性肺炎病程及睡眠质量影响研究。方法:选取2019年1—12月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院感染性疾病科收治的社区获得性肺炎(CAP)患者84例作为研究对象,按照信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组采用五水头孢唑林钠治疗,观察组在上述治疗方案上采用阿奇霉素治疗,后均进行睡眠指导,观察疗效、睡眠质量及安全性。结果:观察组显效、有效的概率为95.23%,显著高于对照组显效、有效的概率76.19%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者PQSI量表中7个项目例如睡眠质量、时间、效率均与对照组存在不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但均未出现肝肾功能改变及造血异常等。结论:五水头孢唑林钠联合阿奇霉素缓解CAP症状,疗效较好,改善睡眠质量,安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of combined medication on the duration and sleep quality of community-acquired pneumonia.Methods:A total of 84 patients with community acquired pneumonia(CAP)admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to envelope method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefazolin sodium pentahydrate,and the observation group was treated with azithromycin on the above treatment scheme,and then sleep guidance was given to observe the efficacy,sleep quality and safety.Results:The effective rate in the observation group was 95.23%,which was higher than the control group′s 76.19%(χ2=4.075,P<0.05);7 patients in the observation group were on the PQSI scale Items such as sleep quality,time,and efficiency were different from those in the control group(P<0.05);both groups had varying degrees of gastrointestinal discomfort,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),but no liver and kidney function appeared.Changes and hematopoiesis.Conclusion:Cefazolin sodium pentahydrate combined with azithromycin relieves symptoms,has good curative effect,and improves sleep quality with higher security.
