系统性护理指导对不孕者认知程度及睡眠质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨系统性护理指导对不孕妇女接受夫精宫腔内人工授精的认知程度及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2017年2月至2019年2月泉州市中医院不孕不育科收治的接受夫精宫腔内人工授精的不孕症患者190例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组95例。对照组进行常规护理干预,观察组进行系统性护理指导。比较2组干预前后的认知程度评分和睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index,PSQI)]。结果:观察组患者护理指导后、电话随访时对治疗的认知程度评分均较入院时提高,且显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理指导后、电话随访时的PSQI评分均较入院时降低,且显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:系统性护理指导有助于提高不孕妇女接受夫精宫腔内人工授精的认知程度,并改善睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the influence of systematic nursing guidance for the cognition degree and sleep quality of infertile women receiving artificial insemination in uterine cavity.Methods:A totoal of 190 infertile patients with artificial insemination of the uterine cavity from february 2017 to february 2019 in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Quanzhou City were selected as objects,divided into observation group and control group with 95 cases in each group according to the random number table method.The control group were with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group were with systematic nursing guidance.The cognitive score and sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]of two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results:The cognition score of observation group for treatment after the nursing guidance and the telephone follow-up were improved compared with the admission,and they were significantly higher than that of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the PSQI score of observation group after nursing guidance and telephone follow-up were lower than that at admission,and they were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The systematic nursing guidance is helpful to improve the cognition of infertile women receiving artificial insemination in uterine cavity and improve the sleep quality.
