手术前访视与宣教对患者术前睡眠及不良情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析和探讨手术室护理术前访视与宣教对患者术前睡眠及不良情绪的影响。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年8月厦门市中医院收治的手术患者70例作为研究对象,采用“动态随机分组法”分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组进行常规术前指导,观察组则进行术前访视与宣教。比较2组的术前睡眠质量[匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)]及心理状态[焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)]。结果:观察组的PSQI评分、SAS和SDS评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室护理术前访视与宣教对患者术前睡眠及不良情绪的影响显著,不但能够提升患者的术前睡眠质量,还能够调节患者的心态和情绪,适合在临床进行开展和普及。Objective:To analyze and explore the influence of preoperative visits and missionary education for the preoperative sleep and adverse emotions of patients in Operating Room.Methods:A total of 70 surgical patients in Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Xiamen City from August 2018 to August 2019 were divided into control group and an observation group with 35 cases in each group by dynamic random grouping method.The control group were with conventional preoperative guidance,and the observation group were with preoperative visits.Then the sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)]and psychological status[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)]of two groups were compared Results:The PSQI score,SAS score and SDS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The preoperative visits and education in the operating room nursing have a significant impact for the preoperative sleep and adverse emotions of the patient.It can not only improve the preoperative sleep quality of the patient,but also adjust the patient′s mentality and mood,so it is suitable for clinical development and popularization.
