摘  要:[目的]观察贮存时间对红景天药效产生的影响,探讨最佳的贮存年限.[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱Phenomenex Luna C18 (2)(4.60 mm×150 mm,5μm),用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,乙腈-水(5∶95)为流动相(梯度洗脱),检测波长为278 nm,柱温为30℃.理论板数按红景天苷峰计算,应不低于3 000.[结果]贮存期不同的大株红景天的活性成分红景天苷的含量有所差异,贮存期较短的大株红景天原材料中的活性成分含量较高.[结论]贮存时间对大株红景天的活性成分产生一定的影响,因此有必要控制到最佳的储藏时间.OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of storage time on the efficacy of Rhodiola and explore the best storage life. METHODS High performance liquid chromatography was used, chromatographic column was Phenomenex Luna C18(2)(4.60 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) with octadecylsilane bonded silica as filler and acetonitrile-water(5∶95) as mobile phase(gradient elution). The detection wavelength was 278 nm, and the column temperature was 30 ℃. The number of theoretical plates was calculated according to the peak of salidroside, and should not be less than 3 000. RESULTS The content of salidroside was different in the large Rhodiola with different storage period. The content of salidroside was higher in the large Rhodiola with shorter storage period. CONCLUSION The storage time has certain influence on the active constituents of Rhodiola, so it is necessary to control the best storage time.
