支撑喉镜下声带微瓣显微缝合技术治疗15例声带任克氏水肿临床观察

摘  要:[背景]观察支撑喉镜下声带微瓣显微缝合技术治疗声带任克氏水肿的临床疗效.[病例报告]全身麻醉下给予15例声带任克氏水肿患者支撑喉镜下声带微瓣显微缝合治疗,术后给予抗炎、消肿及雾化治疗,严格禁声2周并做深吸气锻炼,手术后1个月行电子喉镜检查观察恢复情况及患者主观声音嘶哑改善情况.结果见治愈11例(73.3%),好转4例(26.7%),总有效率为100.0%;无术后复发病例,且主观感觉声音恢复良好.[讨论]应用支撑喉镜下声带微瓣显微缝合技术治疗声带任克氏水肿术后声带创面愈合时间短,声带黏膜光滑,声音恢复快,改善明显,且术后复发率低.BACKGROUND To observe the clinical efficacy of vocal cord micro-flap micro suture under support laryngoscope in the treatment of Renker’s edema of vocal cord.CASE REPORTS 15 patients with Renker’s edema of vocal cord were treated with vocal cord micro-flap micro suture under support laryngoscope under general anesthesia.After the operation,the patients were given anti-inflammatory,anti-swelling and nebulization treatment,the sound was strictly prohibited for 2 weeks and the patients were given deep inspiratory exercise.The recovery and improvement of subjective hoarseness of the patients were observed by electronic laryngoscope 1 month after the operation.The results showed that 11 cases(73.3%)were cured,4 cases(26.7%)were improved,and the total effective rate was 100.0%.There was no postoperative recurrence and the subjective feeling of sound recovery was good.DISCUSSION The vocal cord wound healing time after Renke’s edema was short,the vocal cord mucosa was smooth,the sound recovered quickly,the improvement was obvious,and the recurrence rate was low by using vocal cord micro-flap micro suture technique under support laryngoscope.
