摘  要:[背景]观察不同剂量利多卡因超声引导下星状神经节阻滞对同侧眼压及皮肤温度的影响.[病例报告]选择健康自愿者60名分为3个组,每组各为20名,分别给予各组1%(体积分数)利多卡因3,6,9 mL进行星状神经节阻滞,用眼压计测定阻滞侧眼压,用倍儿康非接触式红外体温计测量皮肤温度,并进行比较.各组神经阻滞后10,20,30,60 min时的眼压及皮肤温度间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).[讨论]3种剂量利多卡因超声引导下星状神经节阻滞对眼压及皮肤温度的影响程度相仿.BACKGROUND To observe the effects of ultrasound-guided stellate ganglion block(SGB)with different doses of lidocaine on ipsilateral intraocular pressure and skin temperature.CASE REPORTS 60 healthy volunteers were selected and divided into 3 groups,20 members in each group.Each group was given 1%(volume fraction)of lidocaine 3,6 and 9 mL.The ispilateral intraocular pressure was measured by tenonometer,as well as the skin temperature was measured by Berrcom non-contact infrared thermometer after SGB,the results were compared.There was no significant difference in intraocular pressure and skin temperature between the 3 groups at 10,20,30 and 60 minutes after SGB(P>0.05).DISCUSSION The effects of ultrasound-guided SGB with 3 different doses of lidocaine on intraocular pressure and skin temperature are similar.
