摘  要:81121工作面进风顺槽沿底留顶煤掘进,因煤层松软,抗扰动能力差,围岩难以控制,导致掘进期间顶煤冒落事故频发,掘进效率低下,设计了“超前管棚+超前预注”加固方案来提高围岩的稳定性。试验结果表明:加固方案能有效提高巷道围岩的稳定性,掘进期无顶煤冒落事故发生,日掘进进尺从1.6 m/d提高到5 m/d。Retaining top coal along the bottom is adopted in the air inlet chute of 81121 working face.Because the coal seam is soft,the anti-disturbance ability is poor,the surrounding rock is difficult to control,which leads to frequent coal caving accidents and low tunneling efficiency.In order to improve the stability of surrounding rock,the reinforcement scheme of"advance pipe roof+advance pre injection"is designed.The test results show that the reinforcement scheme can effectively improve the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway,and no roof coal caving accident occurs during the excavation period,and the daily driving advance is increased from 1.6 m/d to 5 m/d.
