摘  要:为解决营盘壕煤矿矿井整体建设计划中出现的矛盾,并确保工程施工安全,在风井临时改绞期间,利用主井设置水平临时提升系统,实现主井井壁注浆、人员及物料上下,增加临时安全出口,达到解决矛盾、保障安全的目的。In order to solve the contradictions in the overall construction plan of the Yingpanhao Coal Mine,speed up the construction progress of the mine,and ensure the safety of the project construction,during the temporary stranding of the air shaft,the main shaft is used to set up a temporary horizontal lifting system,to achieve the grouting of the main shaft wall,the up and down of personnel and materials,and to increase the temporary safety exit,so as to finally solve the contradictions and ensure the safety.
