摘 要:为了提高大倾角工作面综采装备的稳定性,以永定庄煤业8106大倾角工作面为例进行了综采设备的稳装技术研究。基于采煤机受力确定牵引速度、刹车量等参数,制定大倾角工作面中液压支架、刮板输送机等综采设备的稳装措施,构建支架-围岩间相互作用关系,可以确保大倾角工作面割煤、运煤、移架、推溜等工作的安全进行。In order to improve the stability of fully mechanized mining equipment in large dip face,the steady installation technology of fully mechanized mining equipment is studied with the 8106 large dip face in Yongdingzhuang Coal Industry as an example.Based on the force of shearer,the parameters of traction speed and brake quantity are determined,the steady installation measures of hydraulic support,scraper conveyor and other fully mechanized mining equipment in large dip face are worked out,and the interaction relationship between support and surrounding rock is constructed,which can ensure the safety of coal cutting,coal transportation,moving frame and pushing.
