摘 要:对关岭山煤业公司提供的浮选入料的样品进行了调浆转速试验、剪切调浆前后的分步释放和浮选速度的对比试验。结果表明,当以1950 r/min转速对本煤样进行调浆时,精煤产率增加了14.25%,精煤灰分仅增加0.41%,可燃体回收率增加11.91%。高剪切调浆技术可以提高捕收剂油滴的分散度,促进油滴与煤粒的有效吸附,实现增加精煤产率目的。The slurry speed test,the step release before and after shearing slurry adjustment and the comparison test of flotation speed were carried out on the samples supplied by Guanlingshan Coal Industry Company.The results show that the yield of clean coal is increased by 14.25%,the ash content of clean coal is only increased by 0.41%,and the recovery rate of combustible matter is increased by 11.91%when the slurry is blended at 1950 r/min.High shear pulping technology can improve the dispersion of collector oil droplets,promote the effective adsorption of oil droplets and coal particles,and achieve the purpose of increasing the yield of clean coal.
