摘　　要：员工违章是威胁煤矿安全生产的重要因素,通过对违章心理产生原因的深入研究,运用安全心理学理论,在安全管理过程中采取强化安全意识教育培训、员工自我安全提醒等一系列措施,有效防止员工的不安全行为,安全事故率明显降低。employees'violation is an important factor threatening the safety production of coal mines.Through the in-depth study of the causes of violation psychology and the application of safety psychology theory,a series of measures are taken in the process of safety management,such as strengthening safety awareness education and training,and employees'self safety reminders,to effectively prevent the unsafe behaviors of employees and significantly reduce the rate of safety accidents.
