摘  要:为了实现联合收割机割台的电气化改造,采用直流无刷电机和工控机来设计控制系统。工控机使用RS485总线建立通信网络,与电机驱动器和传感器在Modbus-RTU协议下进行通信。通过建立割台控制模型,根据联合收割机行走速度来控制割台各部件的转速。将本系统在联合收割机上进行改装,并在农田进行了水稻收割实验。实验结果表明,收割时的电机功率比改装前的机械功率小,割台各部件速度控制的相对误差平均值小于5%,响应时间在0.2 s左右,满足了农田作物收割的速度和精度以及实时性要求。In order to realize the electrification transformation of combine header,brushless DC motor and industrial control computer are used to design the control system.Industrial control computer uses RS485 bus to establish communication network,and communicates with motor drivers and sensors under Modbus-RTU protocol.By establishing the speed control model of combine header,the speed of each part of the header is controlled according to the walking speed of the combine.The system was modified on a combine and rice harvest experiment was carried out in farmland.The experimental results show that the power consumption during harvest is smaller than the mechanical power before modification,the average relative error of the speed control of each moving part of combine is less than 5%,and the response time is around 0.2 s,which meets the speed accuracy and real-time requirements.
