酯化加氢副产乙醇共沸脱水实验探索

摘  要:以公司中试项目环己烯酯化加氢制环己酮工艺中的副产乙醇为原料,采用共沸精馏的方法制备无水乙醇。对共沸剂种类、使用量及精馏回流比等影响因素进行了考察。结果表明:共沸剂选用环己烷较为合适,在乙醇与环己烷质量比为(2~2.5)︰1,回流比大于4︰1,最佳精馏时间为125~130 min之间,塔釜乙醇中水的质量含量可降至0.30%以下。Anhydrous ethanol was prepared by azeotropic distillation from ethanol,the by-product of cyclohexene esterification and hydrogenation to cyclohexanone.The influence factors such as the type of azeotrope,the amount of azeotrope and the reflux ratio of distillation were investigated.The results show that cyclohexane is the most suitable azeotrope.When the mass ratio of ethanol to cyclohexane is(2~2.5)︰1,the reflux ratio is greater than 4︰1,and the optimal distillation time is 125~130 min,the mass content of water in ethanol can be reduced to less than 0.30%.
