摘 要:氟硅表面活性剂同时具备了含氟表面活性剂和有机硅表面活性剂的优良特性,其发展前景一片光明,相关领域的科研工作者正积极开展研究,优化该类化合物的制备路线,致力于获得更优良的氟硅表面活性剂。文中简述了氟硅表面活性剂的结构特性及其历年的研究进展,综述了传统的氟硅表面活性剂制备工艺,重点介绍了经聚醚改性、磷酸酯改性、磺酸盐改性、季铵化改性和聚酯化改性等新型氟硅表面活性剂的制备方法,及其性能变化。Fluorosilicone surfactants display the excellent characteristics of both fluorine-containing surfactant and silicone surfactant,and its development prospect is bright.Researchers in related fields are actively carrying out research,optimizing the preparation route of these compounds,and striving to obtain better fluorosilicone surfactants.In this paper,the structural characteristics of fluorosilicone surfactants and their research progress over the years are briefly introduced.The traditional preparation process of fluorosilicone surfactants is reviewed.The preparation methods and performance changes of novel fluorosilicone surfactants modified by polyether,phosphate,sulfonate,quaternization and polyester modification are emphatically introduced.
