摘  要:采用γ-Al2O3催化臭氧氧化技术对化工园区二沉池废水深度处理进行研究,探讨了催化剂量、催化剂粒径、臭氧量、初始pH对COD去除率影响。在催化剂量80 g/L、催化剂粒径1.5~3.0 mm、臭氧量50.0 mg/L、初始pH值9的条件下,COD去除率达52.9%。γ-Al2O3在处理二沉池废水过程中高效、稳定,适合工程推广应用。The advanced treatment of secondary sedimentation tank wastewater in chemical industry park was studied by using γ-Al2O3 catalytic ozonation technology.The effects of catalyst amount,catalyst particle size,ozone amount and initial pH on COD removal rate were discussed.Under the experimental conditions of catalyst amount 80 g/L,catalyst particle size 1.5~3.0 mm,ozone dosage 46.1 mg/L,initial pH value 9,COD removal rate was 52.9%.γ-Al2O3 is efficient and stable in the treatment of secondary sedimentation tank wastewater,which is suitable for engineering application.
