摘　　要：采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP)对污泥浸出液中重金属离子进行检测,并对重金属离子的测定不确定度进行分析,找出影响不确定度的因素,对不确定度进行评估,可以如实的反映测量的置信度和准确度,有利于提高检测质量。Nductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP)was used to detect heavy metal ions in sludge leaching solution.In this paper,the measurement uncertainty of heavy metal ions was analyzed.Finding out the factors that affect the uncertainty and evaluating the uncertainty can reflect the confidence and accuracy of measurement truthfully,which was conducive to improving the quality of detection.
