摘　　要：网络药理学在方法学上具有整体、系统、动态的特点,符合中医药整体观、辨证论治、方剂配伍的特色,搭建了研究传统中医药与现代药理学之间关系的桥梁,为中医药现代化发展提供了新的研究方向。笔者从介绍网络药理学常用技术、揭示中药药效物质基础、挖掘中药药理作用机制、阐释中药方剂配伍规律、促进中药新药研发等几个方面,对网络药理学及其在中医药研究中的应用现状进行综述,以期为更多人了解和应用这一新技术提供指引和参考。Methodologically,network pharmacology has the characteristics of integrality,systematisms,dynamic,which conforms to the holistic view of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on syndrome differentiation,herbal formula compatibility.It has built a bridge to study the relationship between TCM and modern pharmacology and provided a new research direction for TCM modernization.This paper summarizes the recent progress of network pharmacology and its application in TCM studies from the following aspects:introducing common technology of network pharmacology,revealing pharmacological essence foundation,exploring the pharmacological mechanism,explaining the compatibility rule of TCM prescription,and promoting the development of new drug,so as to provide the guidance and reference for more people to accelerate the extensive applications of this new technology.
